Llawrdref is a working farm situated on the Lleyn Peninsula with its heritage coastline. This part of the Peninsula is within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is an ideal holiday area for anyone seeking the peace and tranquillity of the countryside.

It is four miles from the famous Abersoch sailing and windsurfing centre, one and a half miles from Porth Neigwl beach (Hell’s Mouth), two miles from the picturesque village of Llangian with shop, post office, telephone kiosk and a sixth-century church.

The part of the farmhouse that is to let comprises of three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), all with washbasins. Linen is supplied, also cot. Bathroom, airing cupboard and immersion heater. Safety gate at top of stairs. Downstairs a combined sitting room/dining room with electric fire and a colour television, video. The adjoining kitchen has all essentials including a fridge-freezer, electric cooker. Electricity is by a £1 coin meter. There are also a microwave oven, dishwasher and an automatic washing machine. Fitted carpets throughout.

Sorry, pets are not allowed. A car is essential, and there is ample parking space. Lawned garden with picnic table and a safe play area for children. A warm welcome awaits you in this comfortable and well maintained farmhouse. Open from May to September.
